Schopenhauer meet 1FingerZen

A friend (1 of 4) introduced me to Schopenhauer. I was intrigued by this man's hair. I instantly thought, if I lose it imma do it like him! So, I looked him up and stumbled across this gem 💎:

Schopenhauer’s Advice on How to Achieve Great Things
Do you have an important project in mind? The 19th-century philosopher’s approach is still timely today.

Arthur C. Brooks writes and I quote: "How do you write a book? Like most authors, I get this question often. Sometimes, I find that the person is asking about overcoming specific obstacles, such as getting started (answer: first spend three months talking about your idea to anyone who will listen)"

I couldn't agree more. But let me give u a programmer's version. "Answer: first spend three months maniacally coding your idea then talk about your idea to anyone who will listen." 😃

Arthur C. Brooks writes and I quote: "But sometimes, underlying the question is a more general curiosity or concern about how to do a really big thing requiring a great deal of time and intense personal discipline."

Schopenhauer shout out to my youngest I get you. If only you could have met the epitome of intense personal discipline as I have 👇
